King County Democrats12月21日 Membership Drive for 2009 Has StartedHappy New Year! The year 2009 brings with it a renewed hope: An exciting and talented, Obama Administration in Washington, D.C., and more great Democratic victories. We are ready to continue building our base and with your continued help, we can and will be ready for the 2009 campaign season.
Currently, we are challenging legislative districts to increase their PCOs and membership numbers along with increased voter registrations. We will be providing more and improved training so that our doorbelling and telephoning becomes more effective. We have many activities planned already: Legislative Action Day in Olympia, Honors Banquet, Annual Picnic, Chairs and PCO training, and most important of all, support to our Democratic candidates and Democratic value campaigns.
Please consider making a donation and becoming a member of a great organization. Annual Membership Dues are $40.00. You may want to consider making a donation at a higher level to support our efforts in the coming year.
A monthly donation program is available for those who want to ensure a steady flow of support throughout the year for as little as $10/month. Secure donations can also be made online at our website, www.kcdems.org. All members and sponsors will be listed in the monthly newsletter and be invited to special events and receptions. Click on "Help Fund the Party" at the left navigational bar.
We need your help and support. Keeping the grassroots motivated and involved is an enormous venture. We ask you to become a paid member of KCDCC today! All meetings are free and open to all Democrats; monthly meetings take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Renton Carpenters Hall, 231 Burnett Avenue North in Renton, 7:00 pm.
Thank you for your past and current support as it helps in getting the Democratic message out into the community. If you have any questions, please call or write us. The donation form, page two of the file, is available at http://www.kcdems.net/documents/2009call.pdf
