Heating needs - The area's largest utility, Puget Sound Energy, has had to disconnect 40,000 customer's natural gas and electricity this year for lack of payment. But PSE says it doesn't have to get to this point. There's a 24-hour hotline you can call for payment plans and assistance. It's 888-225-5773.
